AHCA-Health Care Clinic Licensure For Florida Medicaid Providers

As a result of a recent change to the Florida healthcare licensing requirements on October 2020, including filing the form, Proof of Financial Ability to Operate, as required by AHCA, some Florida Medicaid providers may not be required to obtain a health care clinic license. This exemption pertains to health care clinic licensure for Florida Medicaid providers and was added to Section 400.9905 of the Florida Statutes.
